Our company was founded on the concept that strategic planning is a creative endeavor, and that every practitioner can be taught to tap into his or her own creativity to develop truly differentiated business strategies. With this in mind, we offer a special BUSINESS CREATIVITY program that steps participants through the 7-step creative process featured in the book Creative Strategy Generation, written by our company founder, Bob Caporale. These steps are:

- Production
The program consists of an initial small-group training session, followed by a series of 1-on-1 coaching sessions that are designed to help participants apply the creative process to their strategic projects of choice. Participants are also provided with a set of digital tools to assist them on their creative journeys. And there may even be a few other surprises provided along the way by our company founder, who not only personally facilitates all our BUSINESS CREATIVITY programs, but is also an established musician and composer!
Overlaying a creative process onto the more traditional strategic planning process allows participants to stretch their imaginations and generate new ideas that have never been implemented before. The creative toolset provided as part of this program can also be applied to other business disciplines, including product development, marketing, operations, and general management.
