Our CREATIVE STRATEGIC PLANNING program is a 4-hour training module that can be added to any of our Strategic Coaching projects. This program steps participants through the 7-step creative process featured in the book Creative Strategy Generation, written by our company founder, Bob Caporale. These steps are:
- Preparation
- Inspiration
- Genre
- Ideation
- Arrangement
- Orchestration
- Production
As part of this special program, participants are provided with an additional set of creative digital tools that will help them apply the creative process to their strategic planning projects. And there may also be a few other creative surprises provided along the way by our company founder, who personally facilitates all of our CREATIVE STRATEGIC PLANNING programs and is also an established musician and composer!
Overlaying a creative process onto the more traditional strategic planning processes allows participants to stretch their imaginations and generate new strategic ideas that have never been implemented before. The creative toolset provided as part of this program can also be applied to other business disciplines including product development, marketing, operations, and general management. In this way, the program is sure to provide additional value to participants across many different facets of their careers.
